ACID REFLUX (HEARTBURN / GERD):
Apple Cider Vinegar (raw/unpasteurized/organic; 2x/day before meal or bed; start with a teaspoon and gradually increase to 2 tablespoons with glass of warm water)
Coconut Oil (virgin, cold-pressed, 1-2 tablespoon/day)
Fermented foods/drinks like kimchi, kefir, saurkraut, pickles, miso soup, tempeh, kombucha tea
Digestive enzymes
Goat milk/cheese/yoghurt
Papaya fruit (has papaine digestive enzymes)
Pineapple fruit (has bromelaine digestive enzymes)
1-2 cloves raw garlic (crush and wait few minutes)
Aloe Vera
Baking soda (1/2-1 teaspoon with water)
Lemon
Ginger
Note: Heartburn is a sign of poor digestion. It is due to yeast fermentation of acidic foods and carbs (like sugar, starchy foods, grains, processed foods, fruit juices or too many fruits) in the stomach producing gases that put pressure against the LES valve allowing stomach (hydrochloric) acid to escape up and come in contact with the esophagus lining thus causing a burning sensation. Acid reflux medications like antacids treat the symptoms only by lowering stomach acid, but stomach acid is vital for good digestion and proper immune system function. With low stomach acid, the partially broken down food, full of yeast and harmful microorganisms, moves into the small intestines and damages the lining causing leaky gut syndrome. This leads to food sensitivities, allergies, asthma, eczema, and other health problems. Acid reflux medications also inhibit absorption of certain nutrients like B12, folate, and iron leading to nutritional deficiencies. Also, avoid drinking water during meals (dilutes stomach acid), get adequate healthy salts (needed for stomach acid production), and eat more alkaline foods. Minimize or avoid acidic foods/drinks and unhealthy carbs (trigger foods) since they're a root cause of acid reflux.

Joint Care (mix of many ingredients above)
Note: Can use hot, moist wrap pad/wrap (sooth muscles and alleviate stiffness) or use joint or capsicum cream to massage (numbs nerve endings so eliminates pain). Cold pads reduce swelling and inflammation but reduce blood flow to that area. Avoid foods that increase inflammation like grains and grain-fed meat, sugar, fast foods, processed foods, additives, preservatives, dyes, white flour, transfat, dairy, table salt, caffeine, and alcohol. Nonsteroidal drugs like aspirin and iboprufen can cause stomach ulcers with overuse (holy basil offers similar results so use it instead). Steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs also have side effects like stomach ulcers, kidney or liver damage, reproductive infertility, irritability, insomnia, brittle bones, diabetes, and immune system damage so best avoid and use safer natural alternatives.

Vitamin B6
Melatonin
MSM, raw garlic, cruciferous veggies especially sprouted (contain sulfur)
Note: One of the primary causes of autism (and other neurological, developmental, and behavioral disorders) is heavy metal toxicity, mainly mercury, from vaccines (thimerosal preservative), dental metal fillings (50% mercury), fluorescent bulbs, etc. Detoxing is therefore necessary. Poor gut health and candida yeast overgrowth are also a contributing factor. Thus probiotics and antifungals are needed, as well as following a strict diet free of gluten/lectin (in grains), casein (in dairy), and sugar. The ketogenic diet (high fat, low carb) is a very effective treatment.

BONE HEALTH / FRACTURE:

Note: The main nutrients needed for bone/fracture healing are magnesium, calcium, silica, and vitamin D. The highest food source of minerals like magnesium and calcium is sea vegetables, of silica is cucumbers and bamboo, and of vitamin D is sunlight. Minimize or avoid acidic food or drinks which removes minerals from the bones when the body becomes acidic. Expose the affected fracture area to direct sunlight for at least 20-30 minutes/day (for vitamin D). Do light stretches and micro-movements in the affected area daily (to stimulate the regrowth of nerve endings and bone). Eat a more alkaline (mineral-rich) diet.

Raw almonds
Chili peppers like cayenne
MMS
Pumpkin seeds (high in zinc)
Brazil nuts (high in selenium)
Lemons (squeeze few & drink with glass of water)
Note: Cancer is a symptom, not a disease. One isn't sick because he/she has cancer, but rather, one has cancer because he/she is sick. Cancer is a symptom, warning signal, and part of the body's survival mechanism to provide us with more time to address the root cause of cancer: a highly acidic (low oxygen) toxic body (almost all cancer patients have a pH of 5.5 or lower) and a damaged immune system. This is due to a nutritionally deficient diet and/or poor lifestyle habits like: prolonged high mental/emotional stress, too many toxins in the body (from accumulated chemicals, heavy metals, etc), severe sunlight/vitamin D deficiency or sleep/melatonin deficiency, and/or prolonged exposure to environmental stressors (air pollution, electromagnetic pollution/EMFs, ionizing radiation, etc.). The body needs to be alkalized (ph>7) because cancer cannot survive in an alkaline (oxygenated) environment.
Our bodies are continually developing cancerous cells throughout our lives. A healthy immune system identifies and destroys these cells before they are able to grow uncontrollably. It's only when the immune system fails at this basic function that cancerous cells are allowed to grow and reproduce at uncontrollable rates, thus creating a life-threatening situation. For this reason, any cancer healing protocol should recognize that damaging the immune system is a primary concern and work to build it back up, not tear it down further as is the norm when having conventional cancer treatments.

Plums
Note: Eating a low carbohydrate, high healthy fat diet like a ketogenic diet is best. Thus, minimize or avoid grains or grain-fed meat, starchy foods, legumes, sugar and sweeteners, and fruits high in fructose because they all generate an increase in blood sugar which causes the pancreas to secrete insulin to lower it (in addition to storing the excess carbs as fat and causing weight gain). If the diet continues to be high in these carbs, the body will eventually become "sensitized" to insulin and requires more and more of it until you become insulin resistant, and then diabetic. Avoid high fructose corn syrup (in many processed foods) and all artificial sweeteners like aspartame. Use only natural sweeteners like stevia liquid, coconut palm sugar, and raw honey but in moderation.
EAR WAX:

Avocados (highest food source of lutein)
Zeaxanthin
Papaya
Oil Pulling
Note: Root cause is often poor blood flow (not enough nutrients and oxygen) to eyes due to nutritional deficiency, toxicity in the body, and/or environmental stressors like polluted air or toxic lighting.
"Palming", an Ayurvedic eye relaxation technique, is very helpful for relieving eye strain, bloodshot eyes, dry eyes, etc and for strengthening the eyes. Rub your hand palms together for a few seconds until they're warm, and then gently place your cupped warm palms over your closed eyes for a few minutes while breathing deeply to relax. "Sunning", a Bates technique that involves exposing closed eyes to direct sunlight for three minutes a day, is also helpful. If watching tv or using the computer or other devices, look away every few minutes and blink for few seconds to lubricate your eyes, or do 'palming' to rest your eyes. A freeware program like flux to automatically calibrate the computer or device display's color temperature to the time of the day is also helpful.
Also, using full spectrum lights or clear incandescent lights is a much healthier alternative for eye care than compact fluorescent lights or LEDs.
